I decided to pursue yoga alongside my scientific studies because it's always been a passion of mine, ever since childhood and when facing my health challenges. In 2023, I completed a 200-hour teaching certificate at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, exploring different yoga styles like Anusara, Ashtanga, Hatha, Nidra, and prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga, in particular, struck a chord with me, inspiring me to work with expecting mothers and their children.

I've always held a profound appreciation for the innate strength and nurturing capacity of women. Recognizing the importance of holistic care during pregnancy, I believe in integrating yoga, naturopathic medicine, and nutrition to support women's health and fertility. I firmly believe that this integrated approach will provide invaluable support to women on their journey towards holistic well-being and successful pregnancies.
